Born August 31, 1962 in Barberton, Ohio, right in the heart of Amish country, Randall J. Stutzman (Randy) had a deep sense of love for God and service to the many churches he and his wife have attended over their years of worship and dedication. Randy and Lisa were wed in Sarasota, Florida on April 29, 1988. They became the parents of identical twin boys two years later, and raised them to be as adventurous, kind, and intelligent as their father. He graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota, then went on to attend Manatee Junior College before transferring to the University of Florida where he was a member of Pi Kappa Phi - Go Gators! Randy was a recipient of a Bachelor's in Accounting. Randy enjoyed honing his skills to flourish in a twenty-year career in the boating industry, followed by his career with Bend Garbage and Recycling, now Republic Services, as their Finance Manager for the Central Oregon Business Unit. Randy learned the importance of working with his hands at a young age. Skilled in roofing, woodworking and craftsmanship, Randy was an excellent hobbyist and gamesman who could be stiff competition - whether in skiing, golf, frisbee, disc golf, or cornhole. He would be the first one up after sunrise with a coffee and an appreciation for the beauty of God's creation. He could always be counted on to comb the beaches of Sarasota for whole sand dollars, turkey feet, and whatever other treasures he could find. Randy had a love for local brews, and especially enjoyed touring pubs with his buddy, Brad, also enjoying a fine bourbon. Randall J. Stutzman went to the ever loving arms of his Creator on January 25, 2022, at St. Charles Hospital in Bend, OR. He was in the presence of the love of his life, Lisa Stutzman, and his two beloved sons Andrew Noah and Matthew Charles Stutzman. He was preceded in death by several uncles and his grandparents. Randy is survived by his wife Lisa, his son Andrew and son-n-law Mark, his son Matthew and daughter-n-law Jesalyn, parents, Noah and Helen Stutzman, and siblings Cheryl, Wendy, Phyllis and Greg, and their loving families.
