Jesse Alan Catlow

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Jesse Alan Catlow, at the age of 38 in Bend Oregon on Monday, June 6th, 2022. He was always up for an adventure and lived life to the fullest. Jesse had a big heart. His humor and wit will be forever missed. Jesse was born on July 9th, 1983, in Fort Polk, LA. Raised by his father Steven Catlow, his mother "Serena" Deborah Ritchey and his stepfather Timothy Ritchey. Jesse is survived by his beloved dog Bosko; his parents; his sisters Christina, Teresa, Dawn, and Katie; and his brothers Eric, Austin, and friend Donnie; and many nieces and nephews including Jeffery, Isaac, Akira, Griffin, James, and Madeleine. He spent his childhood and twenties in Washington State but wanted a change and with the support of his loving sister, he moved to Bend Oregon to redefine himself. Jesse loved being in Bend. He enjoyed snowboarding, riding his dirt bike, taking his dog paddle boarding on the Deschutes and spending time with friends and family. Jesse felt it was time to start his own construction business after decades of working in the field. Catlow Construction was formed in 2018. It is easy to see the dedication and values that Jesse held dear. He was a man that loved his family, loved his friends, and created beautiful structures that would stand the test of time. He has touched the hearts of everyone he had left behind. He was valued as a wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be forever missed and will be honored each time we think of his sweet face, kind words and witty humor. Jesse's sweet dog Bosko has been entrusted to his friends to love and nurture him as he had. To honor his memory, the celebration of life will be held the day after his birthday on Sunday July 10th at the Wagona Sno-Park in Bend, OR at 11 AM. His Funeral and Burial Services will be held Wednesday,July 13 at Holy Disciples Catholic Church in Puyallup WA with Burial at Sumner Cemetery. See events section for details.
